Mehdi Belhaj is a Metadata & Recommendations expert at Vodafone Kabel Deutschland GmbH. Within the content discovery team, his mission is to enable the products design teams to implement their requirements as intended with a strong focus on the quality of content recommendations as it is perceived by the end user. In this regard, the Giga TV product is seen as the most personalized TV experience that is currently offered on the German market.
His main challenge is to change the way how content Discovery is currently considered by taking the personalization experience to a next level of learning and by improving the “relationship” between customers and recommendation systems.
